Our client is a reputable international engineering services firm providing knowledge-based and technology-driven solutions to clients around the globe that manage large-scale, high-value assets. They are looking for a Finance Manager to head the Hong Kong finance team and to contribute to long-term business strategy.

You will be responsible for the overall financial control and management of their Hong Kong office, including the monitoring of the month-end closing, G/L, A/P, A/R, payroll and other processes.  You will also monitor the statutory reporting, statutory audit and tax filing. You will ensure effective internal controls and compliance with Group policy and local requirements. Furthermore you will work closely with Greater China business heads to perform annual budget, forecast and financial analysis.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with at least 8 - 10 years experience, preferably in an international environment and with exposure in team management.  Good knowledge of JDE or similar ERP and reporting software such as Cognos, Hyperion, PM 10 etc. will be an advantage. Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
