Kevin specialises in legal recruitment in the PRC market and works closely with ALS consultants based in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Prior to joining ALS, Kevin practiced corporate law for several years in both a global law firm and a domestic boutique law firm in China. Kevin has placed Senior Partners in China and having worked in the legal sector in China himself, he is keenly aware of the needs and requirements of lawyers in the PRC.

He offers advice and recruitment services to in-house clients and law firms in China as well as providing knowledgeable and sound career advice to lawyers looking to move.

Vivian Wang

Consultant - Legal

Vivian holds a Bachelor in Human Resource and Finance from University of Waikato, New Zealand.

Vivian joined ALS in 2008 and specialises in the recruitment of supporting roles to law firms such as Translators, HR, Marketing Professionals, and Office Managers.  She also works with junior lawyers placing them into law firms and multinationals.

Vivian is a native Mandarin and fluent English speaker.
