Andrew Skinner is the co-founder and joint Managing Director of ALS International. Andrew is a qualified Barrister and Solicitor.
Andrew runs both the Legal and Compliance teams. He has been recruiting in Asia and the UK since 1994 and subsequently has built up an established network with other Legal Recruitment providers in the UK and Middle East.
Andrew has unrivalled experience in the region recruiting lawyers at Partner and junior levels for both private practice and in-house. He has lived in Hong Kong for over 15 years and as a result has a wide, comprehensive and established network of contacts around the Asia Pacific region.

Anthony Lewis
Managing Director - Commerce & Industry + Financial Services
Anthony Lewis is the co-founder and joint Managing Director of ALS International.
Anthony heads up both the Commercial and Banking & Fincancial Services practices.
He has transacted board level assignments in the Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Operations, Construction & Property markets and currently works with a defined client group, recruiting and advising on appointments in these professional sectors.
Anthony is assisted by Gwen Wong in Singapore to run the Banking & Financial Services practice. They cover roles in Asset and Wealth Management, Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Venture Capital, Global Banking & Markets. The Financial Services team have carried out numerous search assignments across middle to senior management roles in Asia Pacific.

Janice Ho
Director - Commerce & Industry
Janice Ho is Director for the Commerce & Industry practice for ALS International Hong Kong. She has over 13 years' experience at executive level recruitment across Asia Pacific and the UK. Janice trained as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK before commencing her career in recruitment with Michael Page in London in 1995 specialising in Accounting & Finance.
In 2003, Janice set up the China operation and was responsible for building a multi-discipline business of 40 people across Shanghai and Beijing. She led teams for all specialist sectors including Finance, Sales & Marketing, Property & Construction, Manufacturing & Supply Chain.
Janice has extensive experience in executive level assignments for multinational corporations particularly in Hong Kong and China. She is fluent in English and conversant in Cantonese, Mandarin and Spanish.

Steve Taylor
Senior Consultant - Financial Services
Steve graduated with BA (Hons) in Urban Studies. He began his career with Marks & Spencer as a graduate trainee before moving to recruitment in 2000. Located in Central London he specialised in placing accountants into a wide range of industry sectors.
In 2004, Steve relocated to Hong Kong where he quickly established himself providing individually tailored recruitment solutions for Investment Banks and the broader financial services sector. He focuses on VP to "C" level searches across the infrastructure and support functions of Investment Banks, Asset Management houses, Hedge Funds, Corporate/Wholesale banks and Insurance firms.

Nisha Chugh

Nisha graduated from the London School of Economics with a Bachelor of Laws and completed her PCLL at the University of Hong Kong.
Before moving to Legal recruitment, Nisha worked as a Solicitor with leading international law firms in Hong Kong practicing regulatory and employment law for over 5 years. Having lived in Hong Kong for most of her life, Nisha has excellent contacts within the legal community and is well placed to advise candidates seeking a career move in the region.
Nisha specialises in recruiting lawyers from junior to partner level for leading international firms. Her main focus is assisting firms in Hong Kong, China and India.

Belinda Lim
Senior Consultant - Risk & Compliance
Belinda graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy in 1997 She is a qualified pharmacist. Belinda spent a year in Tokyo, Japan learning Japanese.
She moved to Hong Kong in 2005 to begin her recruitment career and quickly established herself as a an expert in the Compliance & Risk recruitment area specialising in compliance and risk management roles.
Belinda covers investment banks, asset management houses and global financial institutions. She speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, English and has a working knowledge of Japanese.

Michael Godby
Senior Consultant - Legal
Michael graduated from the University of Leeds with a BSc in Psychology after which he joined the regional sales team of AIG International (Europe) in the UK.
Michael focuses on the placement of lawyers from Associate to Partner level into both Private Practice and In-House opportunities across the Asia Pacific region. He began his recruitment career with a boutique Legal firm in London and later went on to develop their Asia business, opening an office in Hong Kong.
Michael's extensive network of contacts combined with his knowledge of the region allows him to provide a highly consultative service to both candidates and clients alike.

Jennifer Donnelly
Senior Consultant - Legal
Jennifer completed her education at California State University, where she majored in Communications. She immigrated to Australia in 1999 and worked for a Queensland-based recruitment consultancy covering a range of professional areas.
She relocated to Hong Kong in 2002 and later joined a specialist Legal Recruitment firm focusing on the placement of Associate to Partner level lawyers with leading regional and international law firms. Jennifer also successfully placed senior legal counsel with multinational corporations. She also has experience in sales and business development.
Jennifer has an established network of contacts in the Hong Kong legal market, providing her a strong knowledge base when advising lawyers on the search and selection of positions best suited to their skills, experience and personality.
