Andrew Skinner is the co-founder and joint Managing Director of ALS International. Andrew is a qualified Barrister and Solicitor.
Andrew runs both the Legal and Compliance teams. He has been recruiting in Asia and the UK since 1994 and subsequently has built up an established network with other recruitment providers in the UK and Middle East.
Andrew has unrivalled experience in the region recruiting lawyers at Partner and associate levels for both private practice and in-house. He has lived in Hong Kong for over 15 years and as a result has a wide, comprehensive and established network of contacts around the Asia Pacific region.

Anthony Lewis
Managing Director - Commerce & Industry + Financial Services
Anthony Lewis is the co-founder and joint Managing Director of ALS International.
Anthony heads up both the Commercial and Banking & Financial Services practices.
He has transacted board level assignments in the Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Operations, Construction & Property markets and currently works with a defined client group, recruiting and advising on appointments in these professional sectors.
Anthony is assisted by Gwen Wong in Singapore to run the Banking & Financial Services practice. They cover roles in Asset and Wealth Management, Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Venture Capital, Global Banking & Markets. The Financial Services team have carried out numerous search assignments across middle to senior management roles in Asia Pacific.

Janice Ho
Director - Commerce & Industry
Janice Ho is Director for the Commerce & Industry practice for ALS International Hong Kong. She has over 13 years' experience at executive level recruitment across Asia Pacific and the UK. Janice trained as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK before commencing her career in recruitment with Michael Page in London in 1995 specialising in Accounting & Finance.
In 2003, Janice set up the China operation and was responsible for building a multi-discipline business of 40 people across Shanghai and Beijing. She led teams for all specialist sectors including Finance, Sales & Marketing, Property & Construction, Manufacturing & Supply Chain.
Janice has extensive experience in executive level assignments for multinational corporations particularly in Hong Kong and China. She is fluent in English and conversant in Cantonese, Mandarin and Spanish.

Steve Taylor
Senior Consultant - Financial Services
Steve graduated with BA (Hons) in Urban Studies. He began his career with Marks & Spencer as a graduate trainee before moving to recruitment in 2000. Located in Central London he specialised in placing accountants into a wide range of industry sectors.
In 2004, Steve relocated to Hong Kong where he quickly established himself providing individually tailored recruitment solutions for Investment Banks and the broader financial services sector. He focuses on VP to "C" level searches across the infrastructure and support functions of Investment Banks, Asset Management houses, Hedge Funds, Corporate/Wholesale banks and Insurance firms.

Nisha Chugh

Nisha graduated from the London School of Economics with a Bachelor of Laws and completed her PCLL at the University of Hong Kong. She worked as a solicitor with leading international law firms for over 5 years before commencing her career with a major recruitment company in Hong Kong.
Having lived and worked in Hong Kong for most of her life, she has excellent contacts within the legal community and has a strong understanding of the cultural issues unique to the region. Further having trained and worked as an accomplished lawyer herself, Nisha is well regarded for her in-depth market knowledge and her proactive and professional approach to assisting both her clients and candidates.

Michael Godby

Michael graduated from the University of Leeds with a BSc in Psychology after which he joined the regional sales team of AIG International (Europe) in the UK.
Michael focuses on the placement of lawyers from Associate to Partner level into both Private Practice and In-House opportunities across the Asia Pacific region. He began his recruitment career with a boutique Legal firm in London and later went on to develop their Asia business, opening an office in Hong Kong.

Jennifer Donnelly

Jennifer completed her education at California State University, where she majored in Communications. She immigrated to Australia in 1999 and worked for a Queensland-based recruitment consultancy covering a range of professional areas.
She relocated to Hong Kong in 2002 and later joined a specialist Legal Recruitment firm focusing on the placement of Associate to Partner level lawyers with leading regional and international law firms. Jennifer also successfully placed senior legal counsel with multinational corporations. She also has experience in sales and business development.
Jennifer has an established network of contacts in the Hong Kong legal market, providing her a strong knowledge base when advising lawyers on the search and selection of positions best suited to their skills, experience and personality.

Natalie Wong

Christy Lam

Wincy Cheng
Senior Consultant - Commerce & Industry
Wincy graduated with a BSc degree in Management Sciences from University of Warwick. She trained with Ernst & Young and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK. She then worked for a number of years for international investment banks in finance and project management roles, based in London.
Wincy commenced her recruitment career in 2000 after returning to Hong Kong. She spent the next 10 years with Michael Page International specialising in executive level roles across commerce and industry. Neil Tsui
Consultant - Commerce & Industry
Neil attended Douglas College in New Westminster, British Columbia where he studied Marketing and Business. He then joined an international commercial security and safety company in Vancouver where he held sales and business development roles. Silvia Lamp

After 6 years studying and working in Germany, Silvia returned to Hong Kong and worked with a multinational German retailer. She commenced her recruitment career in 2010 where she started as a researcher, responsible for the sourcing of finance and accounting candidates. She then moved into a consulting role and has successfully made placements within the commercial sector and with local and multinational companies.
