This is a newly created role (original COE function in HQ and moved to Asia) that provides an excellent opportunity to work in a global company on the COE function. Reporting to the Director of Benefits, you will act as the leader of benefit programs in the region for over 10+ countries and locations in Asia, researching and developing benefit programs in lines with global standard and tailor-make them to local practice. Additionally, you will be responsible for the HR operational function of the firm including payroll, recruitment, termination, appraisal and salary review administration of staff benefits, regulatory reporting, visa application and management of general human resources issues.
