This role is good combination of strategic marketing, employee branding and HR recruitment in nature. The opportunity would offer a broad range of career development opportunities in the region in the future.

Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing, Employee Attraction, you would be focusing in marketing the brand/company as a preferred employer of choice across the region.  You will lead teams and developing regional strategy to attract the required graduate as well as Experienced Hires.

You will ensure attraction of quality candidates (both graduates, experienced and MBA) from across APME to support the business needs from across the various businesses including and not limited to D&I targets, discipline focus etc. You will also Develop, implement and manage suitable regional product, communication and channel platforms aimed at supporting and achieving the local market recruitment targets.

Additionally, you will act as the key regional market focus point to progress actively forward the implementation of product initiatives and maintain awareness of best practice marketing ideas.
You will act as the custodian and champion of the regional Employee Value Proposition with recommendations for enhancements as and when appropriate. You will also provide and receive input to the Global Marketing team to drive forward best practice across all country marketing activities.

You will provide full input and support towards the implementation of a suitable channel management programmers including but not limited to the company’s career page, Campus Ambassadors, Employee Referral Programmers. You will lead the monitoring of efficiency and effectiveness towards new and existing marketing communications programmers and/or campaigns.


The successful candidate would also have sound knowledge and the ability to demonstrate Enterprise First values and behaviours particularly focusing on Leadership, Accountability and Teamwork. You will have to Ideally have gained within a dynamic marketing environment with exposure to processes which lead directly to simplification and standardization, but also deliver localization where appropriate. You have to demonstrate excellent bilingual communication skills and able to adapt to a multi-cultural environment.
