Senior HR Manager, US Financial Services Conglomerate

Supporting our client’s established business in China, your core responsibilities will be to set up and manage the HR function, build HR capability with the business and drive successful delivery and execution of HR operational support, process and advice to the client group, in line with HR governance and business requirements.
Working closely with the Country Head and the global HR team in the US, you will support the business by developing HR plans and ensure the successful implementation of standard annual HR processes such salary review, performance reviews, talent management and taxation etc. Develop and maintain strong client group relationships and proactively manage the daily interface with client groups. Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of broader HR projects.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated expertise in a similar role. Previous experience in developing and maintaining an HR platform and service levels in a startup environment would be ideal. Experience supporting a banking or financial services business will be highly advantageous. Candidate should have working knowledge of the China region.
