Roles and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the BU leader, you will be in charge of developing sales/technical training courses / system for the staff in APAC. You will be actively coordinate with other world region for updates of training materials and company training guidelines.
You are also accountable to ensure that training plans and records (from on the job ,skill training ,in house attended courses and off site seminars courses and the like) are accurate, up to date and maintained in a in the Learning Management System. You will ensure training module effectiveness of supporting systems
Additionally, you will be in charge of the development in the execution of consistent and effective training programs (e.g. operational/technical training, personal and managerial special assignments) that will qualify employees to meet their current or future job requirements or capability needs.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a trainer role in supporting product sales & technical knowledge in the industrial space. Industry knowledge in automotive, aerospace and general mechanical engineering will be preferred. You will also have good presentation skills, able to train sales, technical and dealer development personnel on the proper energy message and tools, able to work with sales people to support them on training needs.
You must also be converse well in speech, read and write both English/Chinese.
