Pernille Storm
Managing Director
Pernille is Managing Director of ALS Singapore and runs the Banking & Financial Services practice for Singapore, Hong Kong and China.
Pernille graduated with a Masters Degree in International Business and Modern Languages from Syddansk University in Denmark and after graduating, moved to Tokyo to begin a 10 year career in Japan, spending 5 years in Wealth Management as a Product Specialist and Assistant Portfolio Manager. She then moved into Executive Search and Selection ultimately running a 30+ people office. In 2006 Pernille moved to Singapore to set up and run the Middle and Back Office recruitment team for Asia's largest middle to senior recruitment firm. She subsequently went on to run the front office team of a boutique firm prior to joining ALS. Pernille has placed senior business leaders and functional heads across Wealth Management, Corporate and Investment Banking in Singapore, HK and Europe for the last 10 years.
Pernille is an MBA holder and is fluent in English, Danish and German and speaks conversational Japanese.

Gwen Wong
Director
Gwen Wong is the Director for the Banking & Financial Services practice for Singapore, China and South East Asia for ALS International.
Gwen graduated with a BCom in Finance and Marketing from Murdoch University, Australia. She has over 12 years' experience in financial markets search and selection. Gwen joined ALS in 2007, she is renowned for senior level searches across all areas of Investment Management, Equities and Hedge Funds across Asia Pacific.
With a "total coverage" approach, Gwen deploys her extensive knowledge to deliver a quality product and act as a total solution provider. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Theresa Hall
Director
Theresa Hall is Director for the Human Resources practice specialising in the search and selection of senior HR professionals into the Banking & Finance and Professional Services sectors across Asia Pacific.
Theresa has a Bachelor of Health Science, Masters of Business Adminisatration and a Graduate Diploma in Asia Pacific Studies and is currently pursuing a Masters of Organisational Leadership. She began her career within the Luxury Goods and Consumer Industries, collaboratively working with manufacturers, suppliers and retailers throughout Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining ALS, Theresa managed the Human Resources and Legal Practices, for Hudson Singapore. She also worked in Hudson’s Melbourne office as a Consultant engaging a diverse client portfolio of top tier banks.
With over 10 years of experience in executive search and recruitment encompassing the Human Resources, Banking & Financial Services, Professional Services and Consumer industries in Asia Pacific, Theresa has worked on assignments across China, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Australia.

Terence Ho
Senior Consultant - Financial Services
Terence graduated with an MCom in Finance from The University of New South Wales. He has 5 years of executive search and selection experience across Asia Pacific.
Terence covers the Investment Banking and Private Equity markets. He has a strong track record of placing Heads of Corporate Finance, Real Estate, ECM and Investment Directors of Sovereign Wealth Funds amongst others plus a wealth of placements within corporate finance, capital markets and industry teams.
