A compelling opportunity has now arisen with our client, a leading magic circle firm with strong presence throughout Asia.

As the Recruitment Manager you will oversee the overall legal recruitment function, both graduate and lateral, across offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing, and manage and facilitate the end to end recruitment process for all legal hires including planning, resourcing, talent pipeline management, interviews, selection processes, reference checks, offer management through to onboarding.

Reporting to the Regional HR Director you will also provide support to other offices in Asia.  You will build and develop excellent working relationship with both key internal and external stakeholders, and provide advice and guidance to your business partners – working closely with them to propose and agree on the most effective and proactive channels for talent acquisition.  You will also partner with practice group heads to identify and develop an annual recruitment strategy, and identify and evaluate recruitment channels for various job levels.
