Gwen graduated with a BCom in Finance and Marketing from Murdoch University, Australia. She has over 15 years’ experience in financial markets search and selection. Gwen joined ALS in 2007, she is renowned for senior level searches across all areas of Investment Management, Equities and Hedge Funds across Asia Pacific.

Kevin Gao

Prior to joining ALS, Kevin practiced corporate law for several years in both a global law firm and a domestic boutique law firm in China. Kevin has placed Senior Partners in China and having worked in the legal sector in China himself, he is keenly aware of the needs and requirements of lawyers in the PRC.
He offers advice and recruitment services to in-house clients and law firms in China as well as providing knowledgeable and sound career advice to lawyers looking to move.
