Gwen graduated with a BCom in Finance and Marketing from Murdoch University, Australia. She has over 15 years’ experience in financial markets search and selection. Gwen joined ALS in 2007. She is renowned for senior level searches across all areas of investment management, equities and hedge funds across Asia Pacific.
With a “total coverage” approach, Gwen deploys her extensive knowledge to deliver a quality product and act as a total solution provider. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Jason Lee
Director – Legal
As a qualified lawyer in London and Hong Kong, Jason started his career in one of the “magic circle” international law firms and later practised in-house in Singapore and Hong Kong. Jason comes with a wealth of experience in legal recruitment having previously worked in a regional legal recruitment firm in Singapore and Hong Kong, where he advised a wide variety of clients including global and regional financial institutions, multi-national corporations, local and international law firms as well as government linked and local companies in their recruitment for legal and compliance personnel.

Michelle Lee
Director – Financial Services
She has over 10 years executive search and recruitment experience with specialisation in mid to senior level placements within front office banking. Theresa Hall
Director – Human Resources
Theresa is Director for the Human Resources practice for ALS International Singapore and Hong Kong. She has acquired 20 years’ of experience in executive search and recruitment encompassing the Human Resources, Banking & Financial Services, Professional Services and Consumer industries in Asia Pacific. Theresa has worked on assignments across China, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Australia.
Prior to joining ALS International, Theresa served tenure as Head of Asia at Frazer Jones, a global specialist recruitment firm working exclusively within the Human Resources market, and as Manager for the Human Resources and Legal Practices at Hudson Singapore. She also worked in Hudson’s Melbourne office as a Consultant engaging a diverse client portfolio of top tier banks. In addition, Theresa was also involved in co-coordinating an extensive volume recruitment programme for a national banking organisation.
Theresa’s earlier career also reflects consultancy experience within the Luxury Goods and Consumer Industries, collaboratively working with manufacturers, suppliers and retailers throughout Asia Pacific.
