Since founding ALS in 2002, Anthony has worked with a defined client group, recruiting and advising on senior appointments across the Financial Services and Commercial sectors. Relocating to UK, he established the ALS London office in partnership with Dom Dunn, in 2022. His 30 years of recruitment and advisory experience have provided him with an informed and practical perspective of international human capital markets.

Dom Dunn
Director
Dom commenced his recruitment career with Michael Page in 2003, based in Melbourne, focused on the Accounting & Finance sector. Looking to broaden his international experience, he transferred to Hong Kong in 2007 and helped establish Michael Page’s Engineering & Supply business across HK & Southern China. During his time with Michael Page, Dom also played a key role in the establishment of their Technology & Page Personnel businesses.
